Orange County California, won't get into some step-by-step of what occurred that day, I have no reason, from the jihadist perspective, to glorify their actions, give them another account by of 09-11-2001 to use as a recruiting tool in some propaganda way. So fast-forward slightly to that Tuesday evening, around 7:00 PM when I called a friend on the phone who answers to explain with tearful yet angry voice, “I am livid right now,” that he had a relative in one of the towers who was called to a meeting with some lawyer there, and that this relative had been killed. A tear formed in my eye instantly on the news and I offered my condolences and asked how close my friend was to the relative who died. My friend explains to me, “I hadn't seen her in about 10 years, we spoke maybe 4 times in that time, last time about 5 years ago.” I wipe my tear, a bit put-off and say, “well you must have been very close then before 10 years ago, maybe regretting you didn't get to mend the relationship.” My friend explains, “That's not what I am so angry about.” Okay, so now I am completely puzzled, all tear welling has ceased, and I ask, “So what are you upset about?” My friend says, “I've heard through some sources, and some media has reported, that all Jews were sent an email not to come into work today at the World Trade Center, and you know how that George Bush and [censored] Cheney are warmongers, I am sure they are behind this whole thing. I can't believe they killed my relative just so they can blame some country and go to war!” Hitting the pause button on that conversation for some background: I, at that time, was working with numerous people who were fighting the system, mostly California Liberals with whom I didn't identify one way or the other, as I wasn't into any political identity. Hopefully, I would be deemed a moderate if ever reviewed (though I was thoroughly entrenched in the fight as I was providing research that I understood aided them in their efforts, especially in the administrative process. I would help them find whatever they could use from a law library for their legal papers, briefs, and that they would tell me they needed to be prepared, some of them were lawyers as well). I immediately laughed and agreed with my friend, thinking “we must put an end to government's abuse of us, treating us like chattel that they can destroy and kill at their pleasure!” Resembles Alex Jones right? Fast-forward further... A few months pass. I had sent my friend some research on concurrent jurisdiction of State law and the Federal 9th district court, as my friend was the last surviving relative of the deceased who died on 09-11-2001. The research showed some paths lawyers had used to sue and have the case be taken on by the district court. Well, I ran across a website, address I can't remember, but it was explaining how the Pentagon was hit by a missile or small plane, and that there was no debris found at the scene with a photo from afar showing no debris at the scene as their claimed “factual evidence” of this certainty. (Sounds like Ron Paul, Alex Jones, Van Jones, etc., right?). Reviewing the comments under that image I found a rebuttal post, again whose link I can't remember, and all of this at least 10 computers back in use so lost data, sorry. I clicked the link in the rebuttal post and it took me to a site that once believed in the same 9-11-2001 conspiracy theory but had changed their tune. The evidence at this rebuttal site showed an impeller found at the crash site with pictures that were taken closer to the Pentagon building and showed a pretty extensive debris field of numerous small debris. Posts below, mostly from the original conspiracy site, claim “the debris field is Photoshopped in,” but, using Photoshop and a few other graphics programs I had kept from my desktop publishing and graphic design days, I reviewed the photo and didn't find the pixel inconsistencies that would show up if this was added to the image (inconsistencies that showed up more prominently with the 2001 technology, both in how it would modify and review of images like the debris field photo). So, now, with me entirely unsure what is accurate, and internally beginning to retract my belief Bush and Cheney were involved in 09-11-2001, as it was already hard for me to believe a sitting U.S. President would do this in the first place, yet knowing I replied out of emotion to a friend and stuck by my commitment as the good ol’ stubborn mule I am, I then click the impeller photo and it takes me to the jet engine specification for the commercial jet that crashed into the Pentagon, and I see the impeller part number, that's forged into the impeller on manufacture, cast into the impeller material itself, listed and naming it as an impeller! I sit reviewing what I am reading over and over, verifying, re-verifying, and then notice posts below it from that same conspiracy site again claiming “the above photo is Photoshopped” claiming, “this was never found at the scene since there was no debris field [with link to their distant photo showing no debris field], this is a lie.” Their proof is the previous debris field photo without any debris showing, and that their word, for a photo taken from so far away, rebuts the closer up photo with debris, that it they claim is doctored and a hoax, when I know it isn't?... Right...Not buying their claims but as propaganda at this point. I decide to go back to the conspiracy website and discover some links to graphic models of the World Trade Center, models they claim explain away the official story. Digging further, I learn they are a French group of engineers. Okay, so let's see who these clowns are, so I go to the part of the site where they boast about their engineering degrees and education blah blah blah, searching every name on the web. Low and behold I find THEY ARE ALL political activists, easy to verify by their proudly displaying their photos on the activists sites and this conspiracy site, and, they are all members of the Socialist political party in France! It is at this point that I began to take a long hard look at what I'd been doing, the people I'd been doing work for, and at leaving California, leaving Liberal La La Land. I came to terms with all I had done, placing me as a at minimum a moderate Conservative long before I knew I was, as all was in an effort to stand for Freedom, but that those who have ideological positions against the United States, both internally and externally, were just exploiting and using me in the course of promoting their agenda. You see, I had a case for which I did the research make it to the Supreme Court of the United States' Docket, rejected eventually as another case regarding Religious Liberty was taken up instead, but we were 1 of 5000 cases to make it to the docket, which is difficult to do in and of itself. The fact is, only 20% of the cases heard are actually published, and, unless you have personal knowledge of a case you can't cite it as a form of precedent, only published cases (a specious form of argument called “argument from authority”), another way the government “balances” the scales of justice without the blindfold on, so I had assumed even if our case had been heard, and we prevailed, it probably wouldn't have been published. A few cases I did research for were heard in the appellate courts too, yet overall, with about a 50% absolute win rate (not partial wins or partial losses), the remainder were final and not taken up on appeal or for any other sort of review. So here I was from about 1991 to 2001, someone who stood before sometimes a few hundred people in California explaining research I had found, usually to Liberals who didn't want to pay for some tax, fee or permit, but, at the same time, wanted to secure their welfare benefits or wanted to find a way to get their money out of Social Security (which I never could figure a way to do). And it was September 11, 2001 that helped me realize I am a Conservative, in knowing the purpose for what I had shared and promoted the research I had found, always promoting to limit government, to force it to abide by its own rules, to eradicate duplicitous laws and the ability of the government to pick and choose what to charge someone for, in playing Let's Make A Deal with someone else's life! Make no mistake that the reason there is little difference in the parties is that they act for the sake of government revenues, and with every effort to assure a prosecutor has their pick of a plethora of, able to choose the one with the least restrictive hurdles for government to go through to prove it didn't violate some “privilege” government grants to the accused. In case after case, and with few exceptions, government is almost always trying to evade discovery of their use of the fruit from the poisonous tree doctrine to attain so called “evidence” that would otherwise be inadmissible. Sadly, many who swear an Oath to uphold the Constitution have no idea the evidence is being gained improperly and really don't care if it was, even if the depth of violation of Individual Rights is by improper (or failure to abide by) administrative procedures put in place to protect the institution's treasury from being raided by lawsuits for civil liability, nor that these procedures are also in place to protect the Individual's Rights, assuring Due Process is a means of limiting government. Evasion of these limits, failing to carry out proper procedures, is a natural occurrence of big Liberal Progressive unconstitutional, corrupt, and centralized power government! So, to you jihadists, I salute you with the proper driving “wave” after being cut-off on California's Long Beach Freeway, for you islamafools only secured that this Christian will do anything and everything to secure Freedom from your reign of terror, sold under the guise of a “Faith” that is only a mind job by General Mohammad to convert the conquered into active soldiers so he didn't have to kill them and face the ire of his neighbors (see http://changingwind.org/index/news.php?item.279), making it more difficult by war to steal what those neighbors have due to their outrage. Ah, but this is the way the world was before the end of Feudalism as the World's ruling order, before We the People in America established the sole American Constitutional Republic to protect Freedom and Individual Liberty as one’s Divine Rights if you're willing to be an American Citizen! God Bless you and thank you for reading and sharing this, Toddy Littman P.S. With how September 11, 2001 woke me up to being a complete American, not half way and without committing to Freedom and Individual Liberty, and thereby a Conservative, I believe after 14 years it's okay to speak to the political aspects of this day. Any offended by that, I am very sorry for your loss and hope you can appreciate the profound affect 09-11-2001 has had on all Americans, often as deep as your personal loss, as my entire life was changed due to that day. |
Yeah, whatever you do, Barack Hussein Obama, do not be ashamed of your failures... -The death of Aid worker Kayla Mueller -The death of others by ISIS -The deaths of Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty -The death of Border Patrol Agent and Veteran Brian Terry - The death of Border Patrol Agent Jaime Zapata - The rise of ISIS - Losing Yemen - United Arab Emirates originally pulling out of making airstrikes aimed at halting ISIS advance - Failure to make a deal with Iran in America’s and our allies’ best interest regarding their nuclear program, so big a failure that the Israeli Prime Minister accepted an invitation to come to speak to our Congress (where Progressive Democrats can't objectively consider the facts and must ignore them by failing to appear at the Israeli Prime Minister's Address). Mr. President, if not for your disdain of Benjamin Netanyahu, such that, by domino effect of the Barack Obama concern for optics (akin to the Obama OCD toward “adverbs” and parsed speaking), you place political operatives in Israel to aid the opposing party against Prime Minister Netanyahu. By all standards, this is an act of interference with the governance of another nation, identical to the exact reason many of these groups hate us, claiming past American interference in their internal affairs. But of course President Barack Obama makes an overt affirmation of this previously considered loony conspiratorial claim by these groups, most of which are islamic and/or Socialist. - Your making claims about the Crusades, as though it was a one-sided effort, yet, now, and this is the greatest thing you've done, Barack Obama, you expose the truth, that you overtly show you are so willing to aid and abet the enemy on the basis of your ideological political world view that you cite the Crusades followed up with a description emphasizing a moral equivalence to ISIS today. The failure, President Obama, is to bifurcate the differences between the Feudal Era when all power was centralized, when people were mere subjects and had no right to property, and the world today, which is after America's Founding of a nation with a government governed by a Constitution imposed by her people, the single act that began the end of Feudalism as a world government order (known as the “Age of Enlightenment,” as opposed to the “Dark Ages” of the Crusades). The Age of Enlightenment is that time when America established the fact of Individual Liberty with requisite Private Property Rights necessary to secure that Liberty. So, Mr. President, understand it is not the centralized power (and thereby oppression) by Feudalism, that your very Progressive ideas embrace without question, that ISIS opposes today, but Individual Liberty and Freedom. Mentioning the Crusades is Barack Obama doing all he can for re-distribution “fairness” even for ISIS and, irrespective of the cost to mankind because he prefers tribes of centralized power fighting over their issues where a “community organizer” can come in and claim to have the solutions, exploiting and centralizing the energy of the controversy as a political issue that, once legislated, becomes a power of the government. The Progressive end goal is to regress the world to the way and order of the Crusades, to re-achieve a slave/subject populace to wear the whims of a leader's power as a millstone around their neck. There is no moral justification for the acts of ISIS, but of course the “little Jakarta street kid” could never see islam lacking any semblance of morality (note: there is no “Arabic” call to prayer, please see http://web.archive.org/web/20070308125213 regarding Obama touting his muslim childhood in Jakarta), and that you, Barack Obama, cannot appreciate the actual progress of America as the most stunning contribution to mankind ever made, belittling the absolutely unparalleled accomplishments by Individual Liberty that have been achieved in the 200+ years of America's existence. This solely because you are sure America would be better as a “community [State]” organized with some central cabal (at best) calling the shots, irrespective of Individual Rights, especially choice and Individual use of there own mind, as though allah forbid. Right, Mr. President? These highlights of the failures by President of the United States Barack Hussein Obama that we would think he would be ashamed of, establish, “to be clear,” it is not ISIS who wears the blood of their victims alone, for ISIS would have never reached the point to be claiming nationhood if Barack Obama would have taken action early, instead of “lead from behind.” Make no mistake, Barack Obama, as the “Passive-Commander-But-Aggressive-Golfer-in-chief,” wears the blood of everyone who has died at the hands of ISIS on his head, and in perfect sociopath socialist fashion (such as Mao, Che, Hitler, the Castro Brothers, Hugo Chavez, etc.) has no guilt, no conscience, no care, and of course no shame. It'd be funny if it weren't so literally sick and twisted that it is the Liberals, the Progressive Ilk that are obsessed with money while the death march of Obama's Victims continues. It is the value of life, be it at conception and throughout its course that has been established of inestimable value since America's institutionalization of Individual Liberty as the premise of right government. These deaths at the hand of ISIS are their prodding to see if America still values life enough to fight for it. Instead of fighting for life the Liberals go on and on about their failed healthcare plan, ignoring that it is now known that Obamacare will leave the same amount of Americans uninsured as prior to its alleged passage (see Healthcare Process & Legality— An Indictment Of Progressives In Government, http://changingwind.org/index/news.php?extend.121.12). And, of course, the Progressives propagandize worry about wages and the erroneous claim “global warm...er...climate disru...er...climate change” is the most “existential threat” (see Climate Change, Democracy, & Slavery, http://changingwind.org/index/news.php?item.273). Aren't all these Progressive displacements to reality, to genuine existential threats like Iran having nukes and islamic terrorism by ISIS, illustrative that these Liberal talking points are just ruses, fake, phoney, baloney, and the problem with populist government (democracy)? And with the advent of the Internet and Social Media, isn't the wrongful ability to repeat a lie enough and it becomes the truth exacerbated? Answer: the whole point of these Progressive issues is a centralization of power through influence, especially pleas to the emotion. As the number of leaders of any nation and their military is still miniscule to their entire population, these things are about power, the power of voluntarism invoked by playing around the edges of Altruism, of willing sacrifice due to overwhelming emotional effect, be it anger over low wages, or jealousy of those who have more, or fear that the end of the world is coming, all tools to be used by government to achieve voluntary subjugation of the population – an abuse of power that uses the fact that most of the population rightfully has a conscience, as well as rightfully has pride, that can be manipulated, usually against each other, dividing a person, and thereby all the people, from the inside out. A double-minded populace who accept their role is one of sacrifice in bondage under the institutional slavery of altruism, especially when imposed by government as a mandate/edict by those elected by the people. Progressive and unconstitutional government doesn't care if the Individual is without knowledge of any real value of who they are as Americans, what they have as their means of securing their Freedom, and that people see their own achievements as the challenge to surpass and that the People are without any duty to appease government's designs to take what they can for the sake of political pockets. To be sure, we should not be surprised a government would do this after Christ went, knowingly and intentionally, to be crucified as The Last Sacrifice, and God resurrected him to make that point – the exercise well illustrating the oppression of Roman “Democracy” and the people's reversion into tribalism as a reflex of survival under Democracy enforced by a Caesar who is enforcer and judge all at the same time (i.e Sadducees & Pharisees, similar to sunni and shia in islam) Oh yes, I ramble, or so it appears... Read, learn, and discover your moral authority in Individual Liberty, why Capitalism and Private Property Rights guarantee Freedom, and why it is by enforcement of our Constitution upon government alone that Individual Liberty is preserved. Thank you for your time, for sharing and reading this, God Bless you, Toddy Littman P.S. Though the UN will “flap its dress” about the fact more muslims are being killed by ISIS than anyone else, and, so too, will President Obama mention this to justify not getting very involved, as though it is the number of deaths that should motivate a government, and implying that if most of the deaths by ISIS were Americans he'd be acting, all of which is a fallacious argument. The simple fact is that an American is far more valuable by the American People's standard which is built on Freedom of Association than any other and that is because we aren't raised to be political, tribal, or “religious doctrine” (mystical dogma/propaganda superstition) divided from birth. No, instead Barack Obama sets a standard for number of deaths, that says we don't care about the deaths of those who are American Citizens, citizens of our allies, our friends, and/or our trading partners, and tells the enemy, tells ISIS, that they have a license to hurt America indirectly, and that a few American deaths will be permitted without incident. Expatriate if you're not incensed about this. |
Yeah I am going to tread into what is considered “taboo” because the likes of Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson already have. You see when these people who thrive on racism show up in a small town to promote their issue, whether true or not, they're setting the rhetorical stage for Black America. Sure, many may see these race baiters and hatemongers for who they really are, for their use of the term “Reverend” as a license to espouse an association between skin color and ideological lock step in perfect exploitation of their cultural differences in being Black – using their skin color as their pass to be hateful, to race bait, and claim their obsession with racism as righteous – because racism is their only claim to fame. Today they show up to define racism as a never ending, never-to-be-redeemed from, form of guilt to be enforced upon every non-black person if any one of them had a non-skin color/ethnicity issue with someone whose appearance by skin color happens to be black. I guess I already started my crossed the taboo line by calling out the truth of these people. After all, this is Reverend Al's opportunity for redemption from being a genuine “Uncle Tom” in the eyes of the African community in America for having been an FBI informant (notice how that story has faded). But the bigger reason for all of this by these so-called “reverends” and all these other outsiders going to Ferguson, Missouri and creating unrest is what is illustrated by the facts of Ferguson, Missouri. You see Ferguson, Missouri stands with Detroit, Michigan in emulation of big government ideology. For all the upset that Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson can gin up amongst the 80% Americans of African Descent population in Ferguson, the reality is that the government there is primarily Liberal Democratic Party Politicians (just like Detroit). Their philosophy about taxation and government giveaways are based on Progressive ideology, and, I submit so, too, the fact the police department in Ferguson is not reflective of the population of the town as far as racial make-up is reflective of the political community and KKK origins of the Democratic Party. Now, of course, Detroit had a government that more reflected the racial make-up of the city but the Democratic Plantation mentality, the “Government will provide from the spigot of taxation, regulation, and government growth,” just like “the Master will provide from the spigot of taking your labor (taxation), whipping you if you don't perform (regulation), and will seize your babies to be slaves (Plantation Growth)," all remains intact between the great and small of Progressive Government. Thus we find Michael Brown's death isn't by the hand of the officer who pulled the trigger, isn't due to his skin color in the eyes of that officer, and isn't a tragedy due to Mr. Brown's race or even that he was unarmed, but because those who sell “Utopia is just around the corner of organizing our community” have interfered with the People-at-large to the point the Ferguson City Government took up military arms to protect their power and Progressive Plantation. This is the point of a small town like Ferguson, Missouri, where the community has had election after election for generation after generation only to continue to have a police department that doesn't reflect the racial make-up of the community, and is therefore by choice of that community. So it is no wonder at all why the Ferguson Police Department took advantage of the so-called “military surplus” to gain military items that, by being used domestically, are the militarization of a police department and the Federal Government creation of a “backdoor” in exploitation of their funding of so many States and their smaller political units (County, City, Village, etc.) to get around the Constitutional Art. I, Sec. 9 prohibition against standing armies stated thus, “To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years” (Emphasis mine.). And all of this explains the importance of ideology in who is elected to serve in office at every level of American government, even more so than party affiliation. Many Republicans are ideological Progressives identical to Democrats as they are for gun control, are for amnesty for illegal aliens (those who violated the laws of America by crossing our borders without permission), and are for “gay rights” as a means of using government force to assure privileges that government recognizes by a legislative enactment will be enforced upon the People-at-large as a requirement of how they carry themselves in society, irrespective of their religious beliefs, irrespective of their personal right to choose for themselves and live their life as they wish, to have their own right over their own conscience. Political Correctness has no place in legislative enactments unless we the People are saying to the government we wish them to “think for us too,” that we want to return to the full loathsome 2nd (second) class citizenry of slavery! I urge every person or individual of African descent and Black member of the American People to look closely at the state of their anger toward society, set aside the emotion itself, and then take the time to find out the source of the agitation, and I mean from the very beginning, for I am certain that in almost every instance you'll find its source is government. This should be obvious in the continued promotion of racism as a problem, with Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson seizing every opportunity to exhaustively, though erroneously, assert racism persists as an institution in America. There is no institution of racism but instead an institution of hate by the likes of Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson who are the epitome of the residual hate caused by the institution of slavery which originated from Feudal Liberal Socialist Tribal Altruistic Europe (even Plato's dialogs of Socrates Republic from 2400 years ago show slavery as an institutional norm of society). I submit that you take a moment to consider embracing the ideology of Conservatism: Limited Government, where the Constitution is viewed as the instrument to achieve this purpose. You see using a Constitution to limit government is an American idea of American origin and is the standard of the State Constitutions and their respective smaller political units of Villages, Towns, Cities, and Counties to correspondingly be of the same limited intention to assure protection of the smallest and most vulnerable minority, the Individual. Ferguson, Missouri and every small town that took advantage of the so-called military surplus exemplify Liberalism, Progressivism, and how big government Politicians and a society who has accepted this as “normal” is the cause of death of an American by a police officer. Thank you for reading and sharing this, Toddy Littman P.S. “Military Surplus” appears to be the new oxymoron when viewed in relation to our almost 18 trillion dollars in national debt. This so-called “military surplus” should be sold to each State, City, County that wants them and the United States Government should require, as part of the “requisition process” for these local government units, to put a bond issue on their local election ballot which would assure that the local community of the People-at-large decide if their government should be militarized, and, due to the tax authorized to pay the bond back, would place this military surplus's ownership in the hands of each member of the local society with an owness to the People who paid for them! |
For all who don't know, I'm not white. Had to get that out there to help Liberals better appreciate their Progressive KKK roots, especially when they attack me on twitter and elsewhere. I grew up in a household where Father would tell me, “you have to work twice as hard as that white guy if you expect to get a raise, if you expect to get anywhere in life.” To anyone born in the ever continuing dramatic saga of the Black and White unnecessary controversy over race who isn't white, these words, or something very similar, were heard throughout their household. In fact, I'd figure both Mother and Father explained this to their daughters, though maybe not as directly until recently. The sad part to the race point of this is that no one explained this is the kerosene to the flames of racism. Imagine being a boss, hiring all the best qualified people who, for simplicity, happen to all be men, but some are black and some are white, and some are otherwise. Amongst them all, only the white guy doesn't seem to be complaining about the other guys; only the white guy isn't screaming for equality of some odd sort; only the white guy isn't saying “well, that guy there [who isn't white either] isn't being asked to work an extra shift, so why ask me? I put in my 8 hours,” even though the boss offered to pay time and a half and buy dinner someplace nice, too. You see the dynamic put in motion that today is being called “white privilege?” To Liberals the white guy isn't complaining because “he's already got family that's well off,” or, “because he doesn't really need the money” for the unsaid previous reason, or “because he can get a job anywhere.” The reality is that bosses hire people to make money for themselves and their company, and do not care about color of skin. The more expense the employee takes on, the more difficult it is for the boss to make money on them, though Alinsky based Progressive education has diluted this successful industrial model that was based on the right of property ownership being something we all wanted to assert for sake of our own survival, family, and future (see http://web.archive.org/web/20090423190627/http://www.nea.org/tools/17231.htm to appreciate the Alinsky delusion through Progressive edu...er...indoctrination). But, this notion is more than the prevailing model, obvious from the screams for a higher minimum wage, on the same basis as above just with different nomenclature. “Formulas for erosion of Freedom” is what I'll call it because their entire basis is in empowering government over Individuals exercising their Liberty. Heinous? Certainly, and wrong, entirely wrong, as well for them to think a government that so easily, so perfectly, knee-jerks to hoop-jumping for their selfish, greedy, and inconsiderate desire is doing so for their benefit; that a union who offers to sponsor them in some way or is affording their leaders or the Anonymous hacker group's involvement is all benign dis-interested involvement. See, as in the employer hiring all those people above, all but one of the competing interests was taught to take a “you against that guy” attitude since they were knee-high, a “monkey pile” (for lack of a better term) without one bit of coordination amongst the monkeys piling on the white monkey, but to their detriment without even knowing it. This same effect is those wonderful Soros dollars floating into Occupy bank accounts, though, of course, not with any direct connection, any direct links, sort of like Obama and his NSA relationship, or regarding Benghazi, Fast & Furious Holder, etc. To help illustrate duping at its finest, the Individuals think they're standing up for something through a grass roots movement, while the reality of these other involvements, these influences, and their dupes that hi-jack something best said in their own words, http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2011/10/11/. This is the constant of Soros reflexivity, “the difference between reality and what is perceived.” But of course Soros isn't the only one using race or anything else to promote an equality he doesn't really believe in. Consider Bill Gates and your Windows computer....Now that phone call to support about an error message, gets you the reply, “oh that's an unimplemented feature, you need to download this patch to implement it.” Bug converted to “unimplemented feature” and no matter how irate we are over it, we buy the next Windows, don't we? Windows becomes our stable white guy who we have to have to run our computer, while the other programs competing for hard drive space and our attention, those are those other workers, the other flavors of mankind that have to work twice as hard to be as appreciated as Windows and yet are the reason we upgraded, to not lose them. Is anyone understanding the variety of subtle and overt means being used to destroy our appreciation of quality people? Of quality Products? Of quality of life? Of quality of society? And all over numbers, those precious “numbers that never lie,” as though statistics is an art-form of truth. Maybe to the extent you can massage them to say whatever you want them to say and claim a truth of them, but beyond that merely a tool for the ultimate snake-oil for the handful of “leaders” who can't be servants to those who trust them, who can't be fiduciaries to the value placed in their hands, be it Freedom or a tangible item, their ability to be servants is solely as a liar, their eye is on conversion, conversion of power, conversion of wealth, conversion of the Age of Enlightenment and man's sentience into an agreement to be ruled by the iron fist of dictation in dependency. This is the point of “racism,” of “white privilege,” of “raise the minimum wage,” and if you missed it: All of these things are just like the other in that they aid us in accepting a diminution of our God Given Individual Unalienable Right to Self-Determination, something every Christian knows as Free Will. But hey, what do we expect from those who support a practice born of genocide and branded as “abortion?” (see http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=389x5545890.... But, I digress. If these links are familiar to you, yes I've used them often on Twitter, Facebook and otherwise, but maybe I haven't so concisely explained this one degree of the 360^3 effect across the myriad spheres surrounding our situation to connect dots that would otherwise appear unrelated. Now, I'm going to take this another step, to further illustrate the hypocrisy of it all. I am also not black. But I have no problem calling Democrat Congressman James Clyburn an Uncle Tom, or any other African who is American by birth only due to adopting the foreign ideological mental condition of Marxism and its subset Liberalism, http://changingwind.org/index/comment.php?comment.news.132. You'll find I had a lot of respect for the man, well, at least until he decided to attack Tim Scott (I didn't say “Senator” because Clyburn's race attack is a personal one, attacking the man). Interesting how that Racism that bound people by the color of their skin finds a weakness in ideological difference, pretty good evidence to the point of racism etc., I brought up above right?...er...Left?...Wait, that's not ummm.....Alas, I digress again. My purpose is to help save my country from the subjectivism of agendas, especially foreign ones (Marx and Engels weren't Americans). But hey, who am I to agree with a Russian former KGB agent, http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x32cxf_yuri-bezmenov. So now the fundamental question: If I use the n-epithet on an African in America as described above (as that would likely be the only place I'd use it, an African-American, who appreciates and understands Our Founders, understands they wanted to end racism per Article I, Section 9 of the Constitution which sets out a means to end slavery in 20 years as explained in 3rd paragraph of Federalist 42, http://thomas.loc.gov/home/histdox/fed_42.html; understands that the KKK was and remains the identical Democratic Confederate Party, the Democratic Plantation of today – an equal opportunity party of oppression by government privilege; understands that Martin Luther King wasn't talking about protesting in the streets to trade one Master for the other, from State to National government, in determining the rights of an Individual in American society of any color; understand that Freedom through Individual Liberty can only be guaranteed by limiting government from becoming a 3rd party agitator and interference between people, and that this is the point of the Constitution for the United States of America and that they are We the People in every way, that their ancestry is irrelevant to their Individual Liberty pursuant to a working Constitution enforced upon the very government it created... and I could add more, well I'd never think for one second to speak poorly of or to these Patriotic and genuine Americans for they are just melting pot Americans to me for they understand like me, like this Asian Conservative who is writing this: The most powerful and most important minority is the minority of 1, the Individual!), Liberals would say I was a racist? Liberals would contend that somehow my ancestry that came to this country in the 20th Century was responsible for slavery? Liberals would be unable to see the fallout from their black-hates-whites (and vice-versa) branding of slavery? Liberals cannot see how a group of people of different colors decided to make the least pigmented their scapegoat for a Feudal Worldwide Democratic (majority rule) acceptance and institutionalizing slavery of people of all colors since before Socrates (400 B.C.)? Pray Liberals can soon understand that since this is how it has realistically worked out for the erroneous race equality propaganda since the Civil War that the same holds true for every leftist, Marxist, equality talking point they adopted for face value, that it is not about what it claims and has at its root a divisive and destructive anti-American purpose. And now back to your regular, Politically Correct, everything will be as it was, follow the boxed definitives you were educated to believe in, Common Core Standard programming for your mind.... Thank you for reading and sharing this, God Bless, Toddy Littman P.S. So long as the “n-epithet” remains something regarded as, what Whoopie Goldberg called, “a term of endearment,” deemed acceptable by one race in use amongst that race, the erroneous theory of racism (“You ethnicisist!” doesn't have the auditory quality of hate and name calling “racist” does.) will be kept in tact with all the hate that goes with it on every side, and, it will negatively influence and frustrate every effort for genuine Freedom for every American Individual, that Our Founders and every Patriotic American would love to see for every nation and People on Earth – kinda explains the whole bogusness of “islamaphobia” in context of Sharia law, http://www.gaypatriot.net/2006/11/27/gay-holocaust-in-iran-4000-killed-and-counting/.... Every system of government is meant to create a perfect world by its designer. Now some may think that's a reference to unicorns, rainbows, and world peace, however this is normal when imagination defines what context hasn't provided yet. Name a King, Queen, or Noble who was trying to be the leader of and design a government that fails so they can be killed. Ooo, the chirping crickets indicate the answer: None. Now, as this King, Queen, or Noble method of government was the dominant form of government, at least by structure, whether in Europe, Asia, or Africa demonstrates that, what is known as the Feudal System, is a form of government that ruled the Earth. The reason for this, is it created a Perfect World – perfect in the minds of those who ruled. Eventually these became neighbors (as tribes grow) or another nation converged upon their border after conquest of those who never ventured. Often, this neighbor would appear on the border with soldiers, always ready for conquest, usually for resources but sometimes merely for the fame of conquest, and the spoils of confiscation. The Perfect World was constantly in a state of war, and always for the politics of the time, rarely over anything of any meaning, until the Crusades. The Crusades are where emotion led the heart into battle after battle, each side out to vanquish the existence of their foe because its view corrupted the minds of their subjects (their people). Countless lives lost in each pressing their Perfect World upon the other. Eventually the philosophers – who would be paid to pontificate on the way man thinks and the ways of wisdom to the King, Queen, and Noble classes that would use the information to control the masses; the artists and performers – who would be commissioned to paint artwork and stage presentations for public display to depict specific messages from the King, Queen, and Noble to their subjects, the illiterate masses, and inspire the people to compliance, to appreciate their subject servitude or fear rebelling against it; and lastly the Church – who is the core of this government, this structure and design of a Perfect World, required to certify that the King, Queen, or Noble is the rightful ruler, the heir by bloodlines that assure the religious context of morality that this iteration of the Perfect World is true (flies straight according to its history) – all of these would come to realize their efforts are in vain, are imperfect in a world where one rules many, and there are many “ones” who rule many, using this government structure, a model, for the single purpose of accumulating power. Yes it took recognition of their own selling out, their own conscience, to bring about this change we know as The Age of Enlightenment. The great risk was those people who “passed” the edge of the world (It was flat then, remember? Obviously, this was a perception caused by the understanding of a lack of survivability, whether real or not, of ships that did not return, with courses assumed accurate as well.). These Plymouth Rock folks, in the 1600s, began trying to join into some sort of nation of their own, pressing the power of the Church over governments and asserting that the limits of man are defined by what God gave each and every one of us, which today we know as Individual Liberty, (Connecticut 1639, http://www.bartleby.com/43/7.html and Massachusetts, 1641, http://www.bartleby.com/43/8.html). Thus begins the bold idea of the need for a divestiture of the institutions of Feudal Rule – individual and bureaucratic body Princes who decree State imposed Government by Centralized Power that is achieved through conquest and confiscation that also serves as their pedigree of Sole Authority – and an end to that power being understood as a right of omnipotence, at least in their Perfect World, of that King, Queen, or Noble. Of course the old habits of being a dependent, a subject in servitude assumed unable to govern yourself and regularly shown the same by those with greater numbers of soldiers or orders under seal of someone else who does, do not die quite so easily. Yet, over time, especially with the principles of the Age of Enlightenment sweeping Europe at all levels, as evinced by the Glorious Revolution and British Bill of Rights of 1689 (A bloodless revolution said to have led to the end of the Divine Right of Kings, though they offered the throne to the brother of the King removed, http://www.victorianweb.org/history/Glorious_Revolution.html, http://www.chsbs.cmich.edu/timothy_hall/bofr/bofrbkgnd.htm and http://www.montauk.com/history/1689_bill_intro.htm), people were recognizing that they want to make their own decisions about their own lives, that with so much of the corruption, war, and violence based on doctrinal differences of belief, the Institution of the Church must be liquidated, its survival subject to the marketplace like any other decision one makes in their own life. This was the grand difference in direction that became American government, and a new set of parameters of Limited Government by design of the People who carry this out as an act of self-Government, recognizing the republican principle (representation) combined with democratic methods of voting, would be the best method to achieve a Perfect World, one where government is the servant and not the Master. They even went so far as to hope that ratification of the Constitution and Article I, Section 9, would result in the end of slavery by 1808 (see Federalist 42, Madison, http://thomas.loc.gov/home/histdox/fed_42.html). However, in all cases, even where the People are, for the first time in history, the Lawgiver of what will be the laws that the people shall be willing to be obedient to (The United States of America), the Perfect World suffers failures, corruptions, and misdeeds by a lack of one simple principle, irrespective of the numbers of those who serve in government, what branch they serve in, or their wealth: Honor. Honor and its related virtue of Integrity, that naturally knows a willingness to Abstain for the greater good, ever exercising due care to objectivity and judicious application of reason to achieve a solution; it is the lack of this mind, the lack of this servant's heart quality of those who are in office that makes all the parchments, protests, wars, and bloodshed for a Perfect World as we know it today -- one of living out one’s life on one’s own terms – an endless desert of waste and abuse under the jack-booted heel of those who've assumed power and are unopposed by those who unwittingly repeat history apparently for the sake of retaining their ignorance. The followings of people, our good faith character of trust, is that “substance” that a King once would eat out of us by carrying on his own agenda and knowing those who follow have already volunteered, while those who don't will be forced to follow or perish. It is this very lack of Honor that will forever destroy all good intention, all proscribed and prophylactic limits, for this is that lust for the very power that corrupts, the wanton selling out of one’s Soul for sake of being the leader of a dream that the abusive, the twisted and maniacal among us will see their chance to rise and rule, to manipulate and legislate, to “man-age” us into oblivion – Their leadership the very evidence the dream is unattainable and will always be only a dream. When do we say, “NO MORE” again to our oppression for another's pursuit of the impossible dream? That answer lies with you. Thank you for reading, Toddy Littman |
The following article of February 28th is used to note what appears an inadvertent criticism, regarding voters and how we have Barack Obama as President, and, is a great commentary on the lack of any value to having an education that derives from an employee of a Public Teachers Union, such as the National Education Association (NEA). Article Title: “People Aren't Smart Enough for Democracy to Flourish, Scientists Say” “The democratic process relies on the assumption that citizens (the majority of them, at least) can recognize the best political candidate, or best policy idea, when they see it. [(1)]But a growing body of research has revealed an unfortunate aspect of the human psyche that would seem to disprove this notion, and imply instead that democratic elections produce mediocre leadership and policies.” “The research, led by David Dunning, a psychologist at Cornell University, shows that incompetent people are inherently unable to judge the competence of other people, or the quality of those people's ideas. For example, if people lack expertise on tax reform, it is very difficult for them to identify the candidates who are actual experts. [(2)] They simply lack the mental tools needed to make meaningful judgments. “As a result, no amount of information or facts about political candidates can override the inherent inability of many voters to accurately evaluate them. [(3)]On top of that, "very smart ideas are going to be hard for people to adopt, because most people don’t have the sophistication to recognize how good an idea is," Dunning told Life's Little Mysteries. “He and colleague Justin Kruger, formerly of Cornell and now of New York University, have demonstrated again and again that people are self-delusional when it comes to their own intellectual skills. Whether the researchers are testing people's ability to rate the funniness of jokes, the correctness of grammar, or even their own performance in a game of chess, the duo has found [(4)]that people always assess their own performance as "above average" — even people who, when tested, actually perform at the very bottom of the pile. [(5)][Incompetent People Too Ignorant to Know It] “We're just as undiscerning about the skills of others as about ourselves. "To the extent that you are incompetent, you are a worse judge of incompetence in other people," Dunning said. In one study, the researchers asked students to grade quizzes that tested for grammar skill. [(6)]"We found that students who had done worse on the test itself gave more inaccurate grades to other students." Essentially, they didn't recognize the correct answer even when they saw it. “The reason for this disconnect is simple: "If you have gaps in your knowledge in a given area, then you’re not in a position to assess your own gaps or the gaps of others," Dunning said. [(7)]Strangely though, in these experiments, people tend to readily and accurately agree on who the worst performers are, while failing to recognize the best performers. “[(8)]The most incompetent among us serve as canaries in the coal mine signifying a larger quandary in the concept of democracy; truly ignorant people may be the worst judges of candidates and ideas, Dunning said, but we all suffer from a degree of blindness stemming from our own personal lack of expertise. “[(9)]Mato Nagel, a sociologist in Germany, recently implemented Dunning and Kruger's theories by computer-simulating a democratic election. In his mathematical model of the election, he assumed that voters' own leadership skills were distributed on a bell curve — some were really good leaders, some, really bad, but most were mediocre — and that each voter was incapable of recognizing the leadership skills of a political candidate as being better than his or her own. [(10)]When such an election was simulated, candidates whose leadership skills were only slightly better than average always won. “Nagel concluded that democracies rarely or never elect the best leaders. Their advantage over dictatorships or other forms of government is merely that they "effectively prevent lower-than-average candidates from becoming leaders." “This story was provided by Life's Little Mysteries, a sister site to LiveScience. Follow Life's Little Mysteries on Twitter @llmysteries, then join us on Facebook.” -- Bold and italic emphasis mine, quoted in whole per http://news.yahoo.com/people-arent-smart-enough-democracy-flourish-scientists-185601411.html Remarks 1. Only George Soros, Warren Buffett, Opray Winfrey, Bill Gates, and the Progressive ilk of those who became wealthy to use it as a tool to destroy America, would disagree with this statement. 2. Apparently mental competence is tested according to those who have degrees versus those who don't, “They simply lack the mental tools needed to make meaningful judgments.” Now, to look closely at their example of “tax reform,” who would be an expert in that as a whole idea? Answer: Politicians. Anyone else would not be familiar with the political side of this phrase, the “reform” part, no matter how well versed they may be in taxation. 3. The Life's Little Mysteries folks appear to have embellished the reporting of Dr. Dunning's findings in this article. In this instance they prefaced Dunning's findings with a term that suggest certainty of another additional encumbrance to competence. As though ones “lacking in competence,” according to them, is an escalating series of consistent negatives in a vacuum, an ailment, a disease with a particular pathology of global affect on their subject. The apparent additional commentary suggests that if a person learns, “we have oil and can drill to lower prices,” that person, who is easily able to look at what they paid at the pump the last time they filled up with gas and compare that to the week before, that this person will not be able to grasp this fact and apply it to the idea of drilling as an opportunity to lower the price. “On top of that,” is the phrase that appears an embellishment by insertion before what appears a quote of Dr. Dunning, “'very smart ideas are going to be hard for people to adopt, because most people don’t have the sophistication to recognize how good an idea is…'” 4. It sure does appear these Researchers haven't had much interaction with people outside the Academia and University setting by saying this, “...that people always assess their own performance as 'above average'...” Their stating this as a “finding” as though we need 1,001th confirmation of it, suggests it is a particular shock to what they believed, their emphasis to illustrate follows, “— even people who, when tested, actually perform at the very bottom of the pile.” This has proven to be a general truth that anyone who has had regular contact over their years amongst mankind would know without needing a study. Of course it is possible that these “educated” Researchers assumed their test would somehow change the way their subjects answered even though they already failed previous tests – the study and exposure to the Researchers would miraculously make the subjects smarter. The article mentions no impetus for any change in the subjects as a part of their study, yet they had to make sure to report the consistency of being “self-delusional” amongst their test subjects. 5. Not sure who felt the need to express an elitist superiority about this study, Dr. Dunning or Life's Little Mysteries in the addition of this bracketed phrase (why my numbers have parenthesis to distinguish them), “[Incompetent People Too Ignorant to Know It].” 6. It also appears to further emphasize the point of the ignorance of the voting public, they felt it important to disclose how those the study results have deemed incompetent will then, when given the authority to do so, grade others poorly, “We found that students who had done worse on the test itself gave more inaccurate grades to other students.” This further emphasizes the Researchers' lack of exposure to mankind. 7. The light at the end of the tunnel of course, due to being inconsistent with the Researchers' assumptions is deemed “strange,” “Strangely though, in these experiments, people tend to readily and accurately agree on who the worst performers are, while failing to recognize the best performers.” Apparently the test subjects were assumed to fail in every instance, and thus any showing they do not lack competence and can render critical thought is the “anomaly” to the Researchers' great study to confirm the stupidity of the voter. 8. And thanks to the NEA this study is oozing this particular point: that it is of necessity to have learned, been educated, in a similar manner as the Researchers, to have followed in their footsteps, to be competent, and therefore, one is required to know what they know, as they know it, “The most incompetent among us serve as canaries in the coal mine signifying a larger quandary in the concept of democracy; truly ignorant people may be the worst judges of candidates and ideas, Dunning said, but we all suffer from a degree of blindness stemming from our own personal lack of expertise.” (Underline emphasis mine.) Finally, the whole point of this study, to emphasize how we're all subject to the same problem, and therefore all incompetent, the social justice component purpose and therefore the Researchers' perspective in carrying out this study now asserted, or maybe it's just Life's Little Mysteries who has this view. It is unclear as to whether this admission came from Dunning or from Life's Little Mysteries, coat-tailing what Dunning said in an effort to appear as though his words. 9. The given simulation done by Mato Nagel was a use of information in abuse of the idea of “consistency,” in that there is no variable mentioned that would allow for a different outcome in using the same data repeatedly. The simulation was not a test to determine the factors that would result in a different outcome but a test to decry the absolute gravity of similarity if a simulation is run over and over with the same assumptions. No comparison to say FDR's 4 elections, Harry Truman's election, Eisenhower, JFK, or Reagan's elections was done or apply the variant of information access today, along with the tuning-in and tuning-out factors. There was no correlative study provided to show how many of these users use a cell phone, computer, etc., nor to mention their primary source of information and news. “Nope, they're just not competent,” if we take the Researchers' word for it. 10. Apparently, according to this study, this is a bad thing, “When such an election was simulated, candidates whose leadership skills were only slightly better than average always won.” To the Researchers of this study there is a necessity to have a leader who is smarter than the People. According to the idea the People are the Masters of the American Republic, it is a matter of historical fact we aren't out to have a leader we follow as though we're subservient to a Dictator, and wanting to vote in a tyranny over our lives. We're out to elect someone who comprehends Our Written Constitution and the black letter limits of government therein, that is well versed and knowledgeable in the purpose and intention of Our Founding Documents, especially the Federalist and Anti-Federalist debates. The goal is to elect an Honorable servant, not a Master. We do not need government by Researchers as we see here, placing their assumptions on a pedestal of worship that they assume the rest of the world embraces and believes as well. These lack any “expertise” in a Constitutional Republic, the efforts of the People to institute a servant government by their Written Constitution, to act according to the limits imposed by the Will of The People, to have their consent, and any legitimacy. Freedom is lost by electing a “leader” willing to act in excess of the Will of the People, and the Powers the People granted to it, especially if such is to impose ideology, their “smartness” on us. Conclusions -- This article demonstrates that, Democracy is already being attacked by the Progressive movement, that this will be the agenda of the next 4 years of Obama's Presidency, to narrow the idea of democracy and create a criteria for assertion of the unalienable Right to vote, to assure a government “by the consent of the governed” according to the Declaration of Independence. Imagine a future where government is using incompetence to deny the presumed “minority” by previous elections their right to vote (i.e. “democracy”), and also, as their grounds to “import votes” resulting in illegal aliens being authorized to vote, a “competent voting block” because the Progressive majority in power says so. -- “Expertise,” is assumed throughout this study as a person being knowledgeable through an education provided by others, and that, without this means being utilized there is no means by which that person can know anything, they are “ignorant.” To these Researchers there is a specific and absolute difference amongst all things, and these must be learned in a very specific manner for one to claim any knowledge in them. Oddly the Researchers did not list on their résumé having run an election campaign, nor having been a statistician for one, or any other actual expertise in politics or political science, nor the hands on experience of campaign activities, including being a pollster of one sort or another. This would tend to disqualify their study entirely as the experts in running campaigns know how to ask a question or make a statement to communicate their ideas and platforms to more than those willing to listen. This is an apparent deficiency in the expertise of the Researchers that they failed to highlight. -- Radio personality Howard Stern's Exposé of 2008 is now acknowledged and affirmed accurate, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b5p3OB6roAg. -- If I were to give this study weight and were also to assume Obama stupid, while he and his party's destruction of America is taking place and accomplishing its task, I'd say this study explains how we ended up with the most incompetent and incapable, uninformed, uncaring, and secretive President, who's shown great “Leisureship,” in golfing and his family's 16 vacations in his 3 years in office. Here is Jon Stewart promoting Ron Paul Now, here's Wolf Blitzer taking Ron Paul to task on his 5 years of newsletters in 2008, to which the almost 30 year career politician has responded since 1996 with every variety of reply, from “you have to take them in context,” to, “I never read them,” to “I disavow them,” to “I wrote part of the newsletters, just not the part people don't like,” a dizzying array of linguistic dance maneuvers or moves: Part I Part II I wrote of Ron Paul after the Iowa Straw Poll in a manner consistent with the reality the man has projected through his actions, http://changingwind.org/index/comment.php?comment.news.178, later learning of Ron Paul being one of 40 to sign on with 60 democrats in support of the Unconstitutional Super Committee (25 million people represented per person in this “politburo”) http://simpson.house.gov/UploadedFiles/Final_Super_Committee_Letter.pdf, signature 62. Of course the Newsletters raised their ugly head and had to be addressed for the vile and despicable acts that they are, http://changingwind.org/index/news.php?extend.200.6. And it is at this moment, after writing this article, that the compilation of what I've laid out up to this point became obvious and apparent: This is “a Progressive Party fix,” the Progressive “Establishment” attempting to choose the GOP/Conservative candidate for us, and using all we've been indoctrinated (i.e. educated) to believe against us because Ron Paul's past is the perfect opportunity to resurrect the aspect of guilt that elected Obama in 2008 and the “Tea Party is racist” narrative as well. I was supporting Bachmann for strategic reasons. However, Michele Bachmann has left, her campaign, a suspension that is the admission that the GOP hasn't the tenacity to get behind her and be the party to elect the First Woman President and ensuring that office isn’t filled by a woman with a “D” next to her name. Then again, it may be the GOP's lack of capacity to comprehend the enemy, Progressivism, has a minimum 20 year head start on them, or merely that my premise of a single party (the Progressive Party, a mix of Collectivists, Communists, and our disgruntled servants in government) dominating our two party system as a monopoly is true. At least now I can focus on 2012 instead of think that the GOP, the Tea Party, and, essentially, The American People, would be ready to gut-punch the Progressive, anti-Christian, anti-religion, anti-Individual Liberty, movement by taking from them what Barack Obama will be promoting in 2016 no matter who wins in 2012 (i.e. The First Woman President). Of course, a political “community organizing” (i.e. the “c” word “conspiracy”) of the political parties, and thereby government, to carry out a non-violent coup d’etat via civil government, since our civil is over our military by design, is unthinkable, impossible, could never happen in America, as though Freedom is too restrictive to let that happen. That's the mass belief, that there is no way we could have a Progressive monopoly that's been exercising an abuse of power for decades, assuring the banks, the rich, and all that reinforces class warfare while demonizing private property ownership and protection (gun laws as well), a belief that also challenges the idea of wealth against the numerous passages in the Bible to treat the poor and rich equally as literal passages with no other context to, nor surrounding, their meaning. But posing this type of a “community organizing” probably takes the whole thing too deep, or at least that's what I've been told. The average American doesn't care and isn't capable due to lack of exposure of comprehending what's going on, is what's been expressed to me, that we're unable to learn of our Constitution and authority because we've been “dumbed down,” as though that's the correct term for subverted and undermined in our knowledge in order to deny each of us the capacity to assert our will, to deny each of us the capacity to wield with wisdom our Sovereign Power. No, we are not to think that both parties are in cahoots via an ideology, Progressivism, that places the American People who founded this nation in subservience to government. Instead we are to set aside that it is the natural order of the servant's ambition in-all-cases to overthrow and rule their Master, to then erroneously accept that it is just impossible to think this principle would be applied by a servant government that loathes the fact the People are free, and that serving in government is a step down, not an ascendance up as it would be in a collectivists/Communist system of government. Maybe this is why the laws do not prohibit insider trading by our politicians that is illegal for the Sovereign People to do.... Nah, our Government, that we've always held onto the belief would fix itself, would never have traveled down the road of undermining their Masters, We The People, only to find our enemies, those of a Collectivist/Communist bent, would be more than happy to help them, even join into government, and aid in all erosion of authority and capacity of the People, destroying the “substance” of the very People by challenging everything that has made and would continue to make America Great through restricting Individual Liberty, restricting the smallest minority. No! No! No! None of this is happening at all. NO! There is no enemy. Denial is our mind-altering-sedative-like friend. We must hang on to the National Education Association influence of an educated arrogance that all other countries and their people are beneath the United States to the point they lack any intellectual capacity, that they couldn't be so designing as to carry on years, decades, even a century or two of commitment to the end of America who had enemies from our inception.... The natural course of the overthrow of a system of centralized power that claimed us as property under it, where America removed the elitist reign of Crowns, of Guilds and their Nobility, of the bureaucracy and its capacity to even act autonomous and without any accountability -- all the institutions of a different name that are invoked and have been brought to exist in our current government and influencing every American's life today as we march leftward toward the social agenda goals of those whose ambition is the destruction of Individual Liberty, that can only be accomplished by destroying America. Careful attention is paid to making sure all the stones laid before are used, that the People blame everyone but the Government they instituted, irrespective of knowing it has lost its way and run amok – neutered in their vote by the single Progressive Party on both sides of the aisle, our institutions no longer following Our Written Will, Our Written Constitution as their instruction manual, no caring of legitimacy by “consent of the governed.” No! No! No! Please, none of this is the truth-at-hand, none of this is to be taken seriously, please let the boundaries of all types be ignored, let the means of controlling our use of our resources be set aside, the entire of what is happening the response to the oppressive behavior of Freedom, and therefore requires privileged rights granted by government control. If the latter-half of the previous sentence doesn't make sense to you, thank you, I am glad there are at least 2 of us who actually take America seriously. Thank you for reading, Toddy Littman |
Who would have thunk Ron Paul would go to all this trouble to help the Progressive left http://thinkprogress.org/politics/2011/12/27/395391/fact-check-ron-paul-personally-defended-racist-newsletters/ (and warm a NAZI skinhead's heart at the same time), while assuring Obama a second term? If you've made it passed the not-politically-correct-speech this far, please read on to see just how easily Ron Paul is disqualified from ever being able to beat Barack Obama due an apparently not profitable Dr. Paul's need to sell an investment and political newsletter for an annual fee to supplement his income. Please note the article cited in their piece, http://www.tnr.com/article/politics/98883/ron-paul-incendiary-newsletters-exclusive, which, I'll make more brief to aid those who just want to get to the meat of the net effect and likely truth regarding Ron Paul: Ron Paul – From His Newsletter -- Regarding Race 1989 – Cited regarding gays, apparently finding the first paragraph with a focus on racism ignorable, http://www.tnr.com/sites/default/files/December1989.pdf. I do find the second paragraph exaggerated but accurate to a degree. 1990 – May, in visual scanning, I didn't find the citation mentioned in the article, but instead at the bottom, warnings of the coming race war, http://www.tnr.com/sites/default/files/May1990.pdf. 1990 – October issue of Ron Paul “Political Report” re: Martin Luther King (highlighted) and disparaging conservative Jack Kemp (unhighlighted below) http://www.tnr.com/sites/default/files/PR_Oct90_p4.pdf. 1990 – re: proudly signing an ad by “Jews and Christians against another Mideast war” (unhighlighted) and complementing David Duke (highlighted) – http://www.tnr.com/sites/default/files/PR_Nov90_p3.pdf. 1991 – re: race riots (un-highlighted) prior to taking credit for discoveries about Martin Luther King claim announced in the Ron Paul newsletter previously (highlighted) http://www.tnr.com/sites/default/files/PR_Feb91_p7.pdf. Ron Paul – From His Newsletter Regarding Gays January 1990 – This, to me, is an illustration of needless commentary, saying exactly what the article says. The story about Dan Rather that followed was likely set aside due to the rantings in “AIDSomania” before it, http://www.tnr.com/sites/default/files/January1990.pdf. Jan 1994 – Ron Paul claims he is citing a New York Times article, though without any reference to date nor the author's name, etc., http://www.tnr.com/sites/default/files/SR_Jan94_p5.pdf. September 1994 – Ron Paul Survival Report where he sets forth the circumstances to avoid getting AIDS, claiming it only exists in heterosexuals via a “malicious gay,” relying on a false sense of security in being a heterosexual, which many people erroneously assumed was the way to be “immune” from getting AIDS, http://www.tnr.com/sites/default/files/September1994.pdf. You will note that Mr. Paul mentions the AIDS conference in Japan, couching the cited paragraph as though it was a conclusion and result of the AIDS conference, of which Mr. Paul fails to give any proof of the admission he claims was made by AIDS scientists at the conference, that they lied about heterosexual cases for financial reasons. Though this could be true, I would need some proof. Conclusion – General Reasons These Disqualify Ron Paul and Impeach his Credibility Entirely: 1) Ron Paul would have to be a complete incompetent to allow these newletters to be written in his name over almost a 5 year period of time (if he didn't write them himself to play on people's fears etc., never thinking he'd ever run for President, which I believe may be the case in this matter). 2) The focus and persistent attention to race is an attribute we already have in the White House, and I do not wish to experience it from an opposing or other racial perspective, nor do we need this to be played upon in 2012 to gin up the Progressive democrat, ignore the Dixiecrat history, base. 3) When you look at the January 1990 article regarding gays, do you see a libertarian who believes government shouldn't be involved, or an anti-gay person who is making every effort to be involved through his commentary, to use his newsletter as a “bully pulpit?” I am not gay, nor do I advocate or think such behavior is right, however, I do not believe that holding to AIDS as being only in the gay community, as well as assuming sodomy is merely an act of male homosexuality, is responsible, particularly as a means to share a “libertarian” statement made by someone else, and, is definitely a sign of the kind of person we do not need in the White House. 4) A Tea Partier cannot vote for Ron Paul for this simple reason: it wasn't that long ago that the Tea Party was called racist. The Tea Party, the Constitutional Conservative movement of Founders' Style Patriotic Americans standing up for Individual Liberty, would be crushed. If the Tea Party does not wish to be branded racist as an earned neutralization of their entire political clout that showed itself in 2010, does not wish to have all notions of Sovereignty and Constitutional Conservatism buried under a relentless propaganda campaign of how these relate to the bigotry demonstrated by Ron Paul and by our voting for this man, or bigotry expressed by these newletters of almost 5 years duration, including a portion of the time when he was a Congressman, then we cannot vote for Ron Paul. Then again, maybe Americans no longer care about the Constitution, Our Founders, Individual Liberty, nor the reality that all men and women are created equal, that by each Individual's use of their unalienable Rights we rise in our respective sphere of talent and capability, some lucrative, some merely a desire to serve irrespective of recompense, some dishonorable/corrupted (as exist in all systems), and will be more likely a larger segment of society in genuine Freedom. Yes, we might actually have to go to the trouble of monitoring our government, assuming it will not take care of itself, and that we must be engaged; engaged to enforce a term limit with our vote; engaged to file any legal action necessary to mandate or prohibit government from acting inconsistent to how we chartered them by Our Written Constitution, enumerating specific, and not general, powers of a compound republic to serve the Citizens of this nation. Our Citizenship is vast today, embracing many more than it did when the nation was founded of many different walks of life by culture, color, religious belief and even by lack thereof. Individual Liberty is expressed in these differences, it is these differences that testify to the value of our God-Given Freedom, and that is the whole point, isn't it? We already have a divisive Socialist in the White House, one who uses the differences to divide the People at every opportunity he can -- to divide the Sovereign, a people whose lives are each enjoyed as they see fit, not as government has corralled them to believe. If we wish another 4 years of Barack Hussein Obama and a completely divided America, please, vote for Ron Paul to be the GOP nominee. Thank you for reading, Toddy Littman P.S. I never thought I'd be posting a link to ThinkProgress. However, if you think this is bad, nominate Paul and watch the left expand this further to say “Ron Paul, or whoever he hired and let write letters under his name for 5 years, clearly was writing to his market,” to express and infer that it is the American People who are racist, bigoted, etc., and that voting for Ron Paul is voting for “what the republicans and conservatives have done to non-whites since the beginning, look at the Indians.” Re-run of 2008 all over again. By the way, Glenn Beck might want to take back the endorsement of Ron Paul over Newt Gingrich too, http://www.mediaite.com/online/glenn-beck-id-vote-for-a-ron-paul-third-party-candidacy-over-newt-gingrich/. |
Finally the alleged healthcare law is subject to review by the Supreme Court, which we all knew was going to happen, and mostly because of the process by which it was supposedly passed, that Obama said doesn't matter, http://changingwind.org/rename/news.php?item.121.12. Yet I find it very peculiar that a particular legal precedent, antecedent to any other in distinguishing between tyranny and freedom has not been used: The principle of what is conscionable. Say, for example, that I was selling a car, and you came to buy it, and I presented a contract to you to sign in making the purchase. Would you sign the contract without reading it? Most people would not, there is a need for them to have a conscious knowledge of what is stated in it, and to show, upon their signing, that the contract has the element of agreement, which also shows they comprehend a benefit from it that they see mutual to whatever they are exchanging, in this case, money for a car. If, in review of the contract, you found a clause that said that you will pay so much a month for the car, but that you only own a license from the current owner, and that this owner could withhold the car from your use at any time, this would be a contract you wouldn't sign. You'd probably claim this person was carrying out a scam and would try to get them arrested for the public harm they are doing, knowing full well this is a contract allowing theft, and is therefore illegal. Online software is this very scenario, and, they've used this unconscionable construction of the contract to claim protection of their Intellectual Property. A Quick History The difference between the car and the software is the difference in what is tangible and intangible, but more importantly, the legal meaning of fungible is in play. Generally, fungible means replaceable by another article identical to the one you had. A car that is filled with design flaws can be replaced by a second car that is identical in all appearances, but with the flaws repaired in order to make the customer whole in relation to the property, their money, that they paid for the first flawed car. From a business perspective this is due to the car being protected by patent law, which imposes an obligation by patent holder responsibility for their invention, the company must assure that the invention works as intended. The reason is that if the invention shows it is not working as intended on a broad scale, those with patents pending of the same (or similar) invention, competitors may be able to challenge the patent holder's right, claiming abandonment or challenge the government who granted the patent as a 3rd party, and may have a 3rd party liability. Software, however, has left this whole regime of protection, instead claiming intellectual property, a legal fiction entirely resting on a group of contracts amongst the developers and the software company, that extend to the press enter to accept End User License Agreement, that has ended up creating a regime of licensing allowing these companies to enforce unconscionable contracts. Basically they make the contract a necessity to accept, while the contract sets forth the conditions of your use, that the user is only getting a license, that it can be withdrawn upon violating any of the conditions, and, if a monthly subscription, then payment is required per month for the access, though it can be withdrawn if you violate any one of the other conditions. There is no guarantee of anything to be provided by the company itself in the contract, yet, if you don't hit that accept button you can't have access to or use of the software. This is leveraging your interest against your rights, and further exacerbates the unconscionable actions of the software company in even having a contract like this, particularly for Americans with unalienable Rights, meaning, they cannot be given away, cannot be sold or bartered, cannot be stripped from you. The Point Of Contention In Government American government has taken on this same sort of crime with the Affordable Care Act by their lack of reading the bill, in that their vote for a bill they didn't read is your representative signing your name to the bottom of a contract they didn't read. This is how the Executive Branch, who is to enforce the law, is to view whatever gets passed through both Houses, though, the Executive is supposed to carry out a review of their own before signing the bill. Without such review the entire bill was ratified and put through as an unconscionable act of those claiming to be our representatives, to which we're erroneously held accountable to compliance on the basis of our representative House, Senate, and President's unconscionable endorsement. Article VI of Our Written Constitution states: This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding. -- Emphasis mine, https://www.archives.gov/founding-docs/constitution-transcript. Hamilton explains this expression in Federalist 33: It will not, I presume, have escaped observation, that it EXPRESSLY confines this supremacy to laws made PURSUANT TO THE CONSTITUTION; which I mention merely as an instance of caution in the convention; since that limitation would have been to be understood, though it had not been expressed. -- Caps Emphasis per original transcription, https://www.congress.gov/resources/display/content/The+Federalist+Papers#TheFederalistPapers-33 By what authority can our government pass a bill through to become a law without reading it? NONE. I post Art I, Sec 7 here to show a constitutional test of what is conscionable is present, outlining the process to assure a review of the authority of government's actions by House, Senate, and President, was intentionally put to parchment before the Enumerated Powers Clause: All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills. Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United States: If he approve he shall sign it, but if not he shall return it, with his Objections to that House in which it shall have originated, who shall enter the Objections at large on their Journal, and proceed to reconsider it. If after such Reconsideration two thirds of that House shall agree to pass the Bill, it shall be sent, together with the Objections, to the other House, by which it shall likewise be reconsidered, and if approved by two thirds of that House, it shall become a Law. But in all such Cases the Votes of both Houses shall be determined by yeas and Nays, and the Names of the Persons voting for and against the Bill shall be entered on the Journal of each House respectively. If any Bill shall not be returned by the President within ten Days (Sundays excepted) after it shall have been presented to him, the Same shall be a Law, in like Manner as if he had signed it, unless the Congress by their Adjournment prevent its Return, in which Case it shall not be a Law. Every Order, Resolution, or Vote to which the Concurrence of the Senate and House of Representatives may be necessary (except on a question of Adjournment) shall be presented to the President of the United States; and before the Same shall take Effect, shall be approved by him, or being disapproved by him, shall be repassed by two thirds of the Senate and House of Representatives, according to the Rules and Limitations prescribed in the Case of a Bill. Our written Constitution abrogated by Pelosi, Hoyer, Reid, and Obama when the democrats had a super majority, and now they are going to go before the Supreme court with a law their own justice department admits was passed wrongly by their citation of it being a tax under the Commerce Clause, when the ACA bill never received Constitutional review as a tax, and was passed in reconciliation, as an expense due to Scott Brown's election. This is government by lack of any interest in the cohesive bond of Freedom, ignoring wholesale how Our Written Constitution is We The Peoples' guideline for a government that meets the Declaration of Independence standard of legitimacy, by the consent of the governed; We who used our unalienable rights to institute a government with revocable rights; We who retain our Sovereign Power no matter what government claims; We whose citizenship is Sovereign, made certain and specific charge upon government, and, as we're the Posterity of Our government's Founders, We remain the Sovereign Power that Founded this government, for We founded this Nation by the Declaration of Independence, as it is a People who define a nation. I Pray we comprehend these most important principles to our Freedom, necessary in our Sovereign management of Our servant government. Thank you for reading, Toddy Littman |
MSNBC hit the nail on the head about Herman Cain:
First, for those that don't know, Karen Finney is half African-American, according to a blog post she made on the Huffington Post, http://www.huffingtonpost.com/karen-finney/virginia-shame_b_529210.html (credit http://ethnicelebs.com/karen-finney). And, as per usual, racism from the left is always okay.
The only problem with her racism: Herman Cain does know his place, but not as a slave, or he'd be a democrat, a liberal democrat.
No, instead Herman Cain knows what the slave descendants sought in wanting Freedom. Mr. Cain knows they weren't out to get rid of their white masters just to have a new government master, and knows this freedom well, at least according to his resume:
“Inspired by the work ethic and character of his parents, Herman continued his education by earning his Master’s degree in computer science from Purdue University while working full-time developing fire control systems for ships and fighter planes for the Department of the Navy. Though Herman enjoyed using his talents as a civilian employee for the Navy, he gravitated towards the culture of business.
“Herman returned to his home of Atlanta to begin working as a computer systems analyst for the Coca-Cola Company. After considerable success at Coca-Cola, he moved to the Pillsbury Company. Within a short period of time, Herman rose to position of Vice President. Although the comforts of a corner office on the 31st floor of a majestic corporate building seemed satisfying, Herman knew that he needed a challenge.
“He became the regional vice president of Pillsbury’s Burger King division. This meant starting from the “ground up,” dodging grease fires and broiling hamburgers. Herman was assigned to lead a low performing region of 450 of their restaurants. Within three years, it became the best performing region in the company.
“Energized by overcoming the many obstacles of his job at Burger King, Herman took on the biggest challenge of his career. He accepted the call to become the President and CEO of Godfather’s Pizza, a company that was teetering on the edge of bankruptcy. In just 14 months, Herman returned Godfather’s to profitability and he led his management team to a buyout of the company.
“His professional successes garnered the respect and admiration of industry peers who named him the President of the National Restaurant Association. Under Herman’s administration, the group grew significantly and began to lobby for the interests of America’s restaurateurs and small business owners.”
And....
“Through these and other appearances on behalf of the National Restaurant Association, Herman began working with business leaders across all sectors of the American economy. This led to his acceptance of a position on the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, and he was subsequently elected their chairman. In this role, he analyzed economic conditions in the region and notified the Federal Reserve of how their policies should respond.
“Most recently, he hosted a radio talk show, “The Herman Cain Show,” on Atlanta’s WSB 750 AM/ 95.5 FM. He serves as a regular contributor on several broadcast networks and as a keynote speaker at conferences and events around the nation.
“Despite the many professional commitments of his life, Herman continues to enjoy most the time spent with family and friends. As his children got married and had their own children, he knew that he had an extraordinary obligation to do what he could to make this a safe and prosperous nation for them. The paramount joys in his life are his wife, Gloria, his children and his grandchildren.”
What you just read is the resume of a man who knows his place, that place being, as a free American Citizen like anyone else, who, unlike African-Americans waiting their turn on the Democrat Plantation, hoping the collective will elect them, as Barack Obama did, Herman Cain stands before those who pride themselves on their individuality, just like Mr. Cain. Herman Cain is appreciated by people who worked, and continue to work, as hard as he does, people who seize opportunity and succeed, who embrace America and capitalism, have assimilated to the American Way, pursuant to Our Founders and the economic system began by the Pilgrims (see http://changingwind.org/index/comment.php?comment.news.32)
Amazing how those who have been conditioned upon dependence and government privileges, as well as handouts, who, like crabs in a cage, so easily make every effort to pull anyone trying to escape down. Though with Herman Cain they are trying to wrangle in one who escaped the confinement and restriction of “plantation group think,” to hold back any American following tradition and thinking for themselves. Mr. Cain is appreciated by all who think for themselves, that is the respect and admiration we have for every example of American values. Freedom, Individual Liberty, and Capitalism are the interwoven, necessary, economic & legal, foundations, absolute American values, that Mr. Cain has, without question, embraced to the very core of his being. I dare say that, and this is harsh, Mr. Cain is more American than Karen Finney, and those who began this racism, such as Socialist Lawrence O'Donnell. (see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gxKd5lpZwLY).
It is an honor to write about this man, Herman Cain, whose life story is the story of standing up for American Principles by living them.
Mr. Cain is just one role model of the success that can be had when you decide to be an American, just an American, which, by the way, is how I view Herman Cain, he, as his resume shows above, is the 100% American.
Thank you for reading,
Toddy Littman
P.S. I am against a portion of the 9-9-9 tax plan, and currently support another candidate due to strategic reasons regarding 2016. However, I do not appreciate the injustice done to Herman Cain whose life story is one of being an American, of appreciating all that Freedom as a Citizen over his government means. Mr. Cain is a testament to America and the success attainable by focusing on achievement alone. |
